# NFC Scanner

Aufträge per NFC-Tag, Auftrags- oder Rahmennummer finden und Status setzen.

Werkstattaufträge schnell finden – per NFC-Tag, Auftragsnummer oder Rahmennummer – und den Status setzen.

Pfad: **PLANUNG → NFC Scanner** (`/org/scanner`).

## Auftrag finden

Du kannst suchen nach:

* **Tag-ID** (z. B. `VD-…`)
* **Auftragsnummer**
* **Rahmennummer**

Unterstützte Wege:

1. **NFC lesen** – auf Geräten mit Web-NFC (z. B. Chrome unter Android)
2. Manuell Tippen und suchen
3. Deep-Link mit `?tag=`, `?order=` oder `?frame=` in der URL

{% hint style="info" %}
Ohne NFC-Unterstützung am Gerät: Tag-ID oder Auftragsnummer manuell eingeben bzw. den Scan-Link auf dem Gerät öffnen.
{% endhint %}

## Status setzen

Nach dem Laden des Auftrags setzt du den Status direkt im Scanner, z. B.:

* Reparatur / In Arbeit
* Unterbrochen
* Qualitätskontrolle
* Fertig
* Abgeholt

## Tag verknüpfen

* **Tag verknüpfen** – Tag-ID dem Auftrag zuordnen
* **Auf Tag schreiben** – URL auf den NFC-Tag schreiben (wenn das Gerät es unterstützt)
* **Trennen** – Verknüpfung entfernen

So bleibt der Papier-Workflow optional: Tag am Rad oder Auftrag, Scan am Arbeitsplatz, Status aktualisieren.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.vibedesk.de/betrieb/nfc-scanner.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
