## Was du brauchst

* Lieferanten-Zugangsdaten: **Server-URL**, **BuyersID**, **Passwort**
* Lieferant muss Veloconnect anbieten (Profil mit Katalog- und ggf. Order-Operationen)

## Einrichtung

2. Schnittstelle **Veloconnect** wählen
3. Server-URL, BuyersID, Passwort eintragen
4. **Verbindung & Fähigkeiten prüfen**
   * ResponseCode `200` = Auth ok
   * Zusammenfassung zeigt, ob Artikeldetails, Textsuche und Bestellung verfügbar sind
   * „Bestellkanal bereit“ = Order-Operationen erkannt

Typische Fehler: `410` BuyersID unbekannt, `411` Passwort falsch, Timeout = URL/Firewall.

## Artikel suchen (Katalog)

2. Bei Artikel → **Veloconnect**
3. Lieferant wählen, suchen, Treffer **Übernehmen** (interne Nr. = Mapping)
4. Artikel erscheint in der Bestellauswahl

## Bestellung senden

1. Bestellung in der Übersicht aufklappen
2. **An Veloconnect senden** (optional: Testbestellung / IsTest)
3. Bei Erfolg: Status „Bestellt“, Lieferanten-Auftragsnr. in Vorgangsnummer
4. **Status aktualisieren**, solange die TransactionID aktiv ist

Fehler (Timeout, Ablehnung) stehen in der Statusbemerkung / VC-Hinweis.

* **Audit-Log** unter Veloconnect-Status (letzte Aktionen: Test, Suche, Bestellung, Sync)
* **Cron** alle 6 Stunden: automatischer Sync über alle Organisationen (Worker-Logs unter Cloudflare Observability)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.vibedesk.de/organisation/veloconnect.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
